I Do All This Because of The Gospel

Freedom. Rights. Sacrifice. In 1 Corinthians 9, Paul doesn’t just teach about these things—he embodies them. Though entitled to support and privileges as an apostle, he willingly lays them aside so that nothing would hinder the gospel’s advance. This sermon invites us to examine our own hearts: What do we value most? What are we willing to give up so others might know Christ? If we truly treasure the gospel, it will show in how we hold our rights loosely and love others sacrificially.
